- FORIEGNERS:
- get your single paper at consulate of your conutry in vietnam
- get the crazy text paper at the hospital in viet nam
- get the paper confirm you are staying in viet nam at the local police where you stay
- passport and notarized passport copy
- VIETNAMESE:
- get the single paper
- Get the crazy text paper at the hospital
- ID card and notarized ID copy
- household registration book
- the fee for get married : 1.000.000 VND
After both of you have enough paper, you both go to the justice of the province where vietnamese live so that check in married . It's will take about 2 month to get married paper, after you aply Marriage records
you have to wait for 3 weeks for they check marriage records valid or not and then reply for you know the result( can you get married together). if the marriage records valid, they will call you both come to interview for confirm both you actually love to gether or cheat, after interview you have to wait 2 more weeks for they anwser result, if everything is good, they will organize the celabration to give you the marriage paper.
